Safari in Kaziranga - Elephant Safaris and Jeep Safaris are the most attractive parts of the trip. It is not a very difficult area and is easily accessible. Birding in Kaziranga - The wide variety of birds is a major attraction too. The arrival of numerous migratory birds during winters adds more excitement to the exclusivity of Kaziranga. According to the latest record, the place is home to nearly 480 bird species, out of which 25 are threatened globally, and 21 are close to vulnerable. Apart from water birds, predators, scavengers, and game birds, the list of migratory birds includes Lesser White-fronted Goose, Lesser Adjutant, Greater Adjutant, Ferruginous Duck, Baer's, Asian Openbill stork etc.
Dolphin boating and excursion - You may also love to explore the narrow rivers in a canoe to watch Gangetic Dolphin, which is a delightful experience. Love exploring the past? The speciality of the park lies in viewing One-Horned-Rhino from a close range. Located beside the majestic Brahmaputra River, Kaziranga National Park also offers excellent sightings of Wild Elephants, Leopard, Indian Tigers, Indian Gour, Water Buffaloes, and Hog Deer and Swamp Deer.
